More than just a biography
This amazing book is much more than just the authors recollection of different swims. It is a well written adventure story that reads more like a novel. than just a history of Antonio Arguelles aquatic accomplishments. He generously takes us with him on an exploration of the human spirit, where passion is the only real currency required to fully experience what life has to offer us all.

This is one the best books I have read in a long time. Both euphoric and heart wrenching at times Antonio is the epitome of Open Water Swimming yet this book also tells his life story and the numerous challenges he has faced and set himself, to achieve his goals both through work and life. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is considering open water swimming, and anyone who thinks "I couldn't do that." Through determination and a strong focus Antonio continues to write the history books. It is also an excellent motivational aid for anyone, swimmer or not! Congratulations Antonio, another achievement you should be very proud of.
